👀Oro Overview
Oro Protocol is an autonomous execution and capital-routing system designed to extract value from commodity markets, with an initial focus on gold, using onchain infrastructure.
The protocol allocates capital to a predefined gold trading strategy, executes positions through regulated and transparent venues, and records all activity onchain. Position sizing, leverage usage, and execution timing are rule-based and deterministic, ensuring that system behavior remains predictable, auditable, and free from discretionary intervention.
Oro is built to take advantage of commodity markets in multiple ways. Beyond algorithmic trading, the protocol roadmap includes real-world integration, beginning with physical gold redemption through authorised vendors in Dubai, with additional regions planned over time. This creates a direct link between onchain execution and real-world settlement.
When profits are realized, a defined portion is routed into open-market $ORO buybacks, while the remaining capital compounds within the system. This design aligns protocol growth, token demand, and execution performance into a single closed loop.
Oro is designed for participants seeking exposure to real market activity, verifiable execution, and supply discipline, rather than incentive-driven or emission-based yield models.
